Email Verification Required
Accounts must verify their email address before signing in.
Two-Factor Authentication
Enable time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP) for additional protection beyond your password.
Sign-In Alerts
Security emails sent after successful sign-ins, including timestamp, IP address, country, and device/browser info.
No AI Training on Your Content
WOIPS does not use project content to train AI models. Processing is solely for requested product features.
Encrypted Project Archives
Choose `*.woips` format for authenticated, AES-256-GCM encrypted project archive and restoration.
Flexible Data Export
Download as plain text, PDF, or common formats, or transfer directly to your own cloud storage.
Active Session Management
View active sessions, review IP/device details, and revoke unrecognized sessions.
Third-Party Payment Processing
Handled via Polar or Paddle. Raw card numbers/CVC are never stored.
Regular Data Backups
Periodic backups protect against loss. Deleted data is permanently purged after a short grace period.
Data Deletion on Request
Request permanent deletion of projects from all systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does WOIPS use my project content to train AI models?
No. WOIPS never uses your project content to train AI models. Processing is carried out solely to deliver the product features you've requested.
How is my account protected from unauthorized sign-ins?
Several layers of protection are in place: mandatory email verification before sign-in, optional two-factor authentication (TOTP), and a security email sent after every successful sign-in, including timestamp, IP address, country, and device information. You can also view your active sessions and revoke any you don't recognize.
Can I export my data from WOIPS?
Yes. You can download your data as plain text, PDF, or other common formats, or transfer it directly to your own cloud storage. You can also download and restore your entire project archive in an encrypted, proprietary format (*.woips, secured with AES-256-GCM encryption).
If someone else uploads my encrypted project file to their own WOIPS account, can they see my project information?
No. An encrypted project file can only be restored on woips.ai, and only within the account it was originally created in. This keeps your project information secure even if the file itself ends up in someone else's hands.
What happens if I request to delete my data?
You can request permanent deletion of your projects from all systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
Are my data backed up?
Yes, WOIPS runs periodic backups to protect against data loss. Note that this is separate from permanent deletion: any data you request to delete is removed immediately and irreversibly if it hasn't yet been included in a periodic backup, and if it has, it's permanently purged from backups as well once the short grace period ends.
Where is my payment information, such as card numbers, stored?
Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers (Polar or Paddle), and raw card numbers or CVC codes are never stored on WOIPS' own systems.
Are these all the security features the site offers?
